Bulgaria has a dual pricing system in place where tourists are charged more than Bulgarian residents for the same items or facilities.

Egypt

It is both expected and standard practice to tip in Egypt. As a general rule, you are expected to tip anyone who offers you assistance or service, including waiters, porters, barmen, coach drivers and taxi drivers. Keep plenty of small notes because it is best to tip little but often.

Jamaica

In Jamaica, most hotels have a service charge of 10-15%. The same amount is generally expected as a tip in restaurants.

Mexico

A service charge is not usually added to your bill in restaurants, so it is customary to tip at around 15%.
