Together with your passport and money, your tickets are one of the most essential holiday items so making sure that you have them available in your hand luggage is very important. When Will I Receive My Tickets?

Tickets usually arrive between seven and ten days before your departure date. If you have booked within two weeks of your departure date, your tickets will be available for collection at the airport.

 

What Does Ticket On Departure Mean?

If you have booked your holiday within two weeks of your departure date, your tickets will be available to collect from the airport. This is called Ticket On Departure. 

 

How Do I Amend My Tickets?

You can call our Customer Support Team and they will sort out the problem as soon as possible. Please be aware that you may be charged an admin fee to correct your tickets.

 

Can I Buy My Tickets Less Than 2 Days In Advance?

Yes, but not online. If you would like to travel on a flight within the next 2 days, please contact our Sales Centre Team.
