Airport security arrangements
Revised airport security arrangements have come into place in the last few months. It is
important that you understand these arrangements as they may be different to the last time you
travelled by air, and they affect how much hand baggage you can carry with you, and what items
you can take on board.

Booking by telephone
All our holidays and flights can be booked securely online at your convenience but we know that
sometimes it can be easier to book by telephone, for example if you have specific accessibility
requirements.
For a new enquiry or to make a booking, call our Holiday Advisors on 0818 200 105 from Mon - Friday 9.00 - 18.00, Saturday 10.00- 16.00.
Already booked?
If you want to amend your booking, add or remove any holiday extras, or just want some
information regarding your booking call our Customer Service Team on 0818 200 105. You can also email us at amend@thomascookholidays.ie.
You'll need your booking confirmation number (e.g. P123456A).
Please note that only the named lead passenger can make any changes to an existing booking.
Our Customer Service Team is available: Mon-Fri 0900-1730.
Payment due?
You can make payments or check your balance by using our automated balance payment line. Simply
call 0818 200 105 and follow the instructions, using
your telephone keypad. You will need to know your booking reference number and date of
departure.
Want a brochure?
Our website is full of information about each of our holidays, but sometimes what you really
want most is a good old-fashioned holiday brochure. To receive a brochure by post please call
us on 0818 200 105.
Need assistance after you have travelled?
We make every effort to help you have the perfect holiday, but even with the very best of
intentions, very occasionally things don't always go to plan. If you have just returned from a
