Representatives
Our Representatives are an integral part of the dedicated Direct Holidays team that ensures
your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable, our
carefully selected representatives will be at the airport to meet you and take you to your
accommodation (excluding Florida and taxi transfers). Your Representative will:
• Meet you at your holiday airport.
• Take you to your resort accommodation.
• Host your Welcome Meeting.
• Organise your excursions.
• Assist in any way they can to make your stay more enjoyable.
• Be available 24hrs a day in case of emergencies.
You may not need their services, but you'll feel better knowing they are there.

Our History
Direct Holidays were among the first to bring the direct-sell philosophy to the holiday
industry and were the first to offer package holidays that are fully bookable on-line in August
1999.
We were formed in November 1991 and following a successful launch of the business from Glasgow
and Prestwick airports (1992 and 1993) we expanded our range of departure airports to Edinburgh
& Liverpool (1995), Manchester (1996), Newcastle (1998), Belfast, Leeds-Bradford,
Humberside & Teesside (Summer 1999), Birmingham, East Midlands, Bristol, Cardiff, Gatwick,
Luton, Stansted and Dublin (2000), Aberdeen (2001), Bournemouth, Exeter, Norwich, Southampton
and Cork (2002).
We offer an expanding range of holiday destinations from the Republic of Ireland.
This Summer we will carry over 3/4 of a million passengers to the most popular resorts in the
Canaries, the Balearics, Spain, the Greek Islands, the Algarve, Italy, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey,
Tunisia, Florida, Mexico, Jamaica, Barbados and Dominican Republic. We are one of Europe's
